Do you deliver or build on-site?
We can deliver your building as long as the site is accessible to our truck and hydraulic tilt trailer. If needed we can send a crew to build on- site.
What about building permits?
Customers are responsible for all building permits and restrictions that may apply in your neighborhood.
What payment methods do you accept? Do you require a deposit?
We accept cash, check or money order. We do not provide financing. Plumas Bank may be able to provide a loan for qualified customers.
A deposit of 20% of your purchase price is required as a down payment.
What must I do to prepare my site?
Site prep is the customer's responsibility. The buildings rest on pressure treated skids and so can be placed directly on the ground. Your site should be relatively level with no more than a 12" height difference from one end to the other.
